I recently started watching a show called the Small Business Revolution and if you are in business or just really want to see what it looks like to have people working together in their gifts and talents to make a difference in the world, I highly recommend it.
The docu-series really highlights how business owners everywhere begin a journey where they are engaging in work that they love and that aligns with their purpose and the people they serve but the pressures of what they don’t know – operations, finance, and marketing, starts to invade and overwhelm them.

I have found myself wiping away tears on more than one occasion as I considered how much of a difference it can make to connect with the right people with the right talent when you need them most.
This is why I am so deeply passionate about helping people find their life’s purpose in work because it is so very clear to me that we are all interconnected in this world and that when everyone is doing what they were created to do, the world works.
